color graph charts your bodies rhythms so you can see what days you have more

your intellectual ups and downs. According to the biorhythms theory we all
have cycles our body goes through; a 23 day cycle for physical strength and
endurance, a 28 day cycle for emotional activity and a 33 day cycle for
intellectual activity. Everyone I know who has used this program tell me how
accurate these charts are, they come with an explanation on how to read and
understand the graphs so you know when your best days are for different
activities in your daily life. These graphs are simple to understand and a
